I can not open 1 HB bot. its faulty when I click on the icon bees: operation canceled [Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))

your having some serious .net framework issues.

download and install both of these.
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

after that restart your machine.
