I cant see quest profile from buddystore

i dont know why but when i go to Quest profile at buddystore to lvl up my alts i can see only BC Quest line and all the other missing....i tried to unistall and install honorbuddy installer/microsoft c ++ and net.framework.....i unistall and install everythinG from begining and i formated my pc 3 days ago and still i can see only BC quest only..can u help me?what i am doing wrong?

log into the buddystore. then click on "My Purchases" disable streaming for the profile pack.


then start honorbuddy, login and make sure the profiles arent streaming anymore.


close honorbuddy.


then re-enable streaming on the site for the profile pack.


see if they now show up.
