I cant Run the Updater or Install it

I got problem i don't know what the reason But i can't run the Updater Install

i cant Even Install it and i took from 1 of my friends the folder ready to run and already installed and it didn't run too

i will put Pics will explain the problem more than words hope can u help me as fast as possible

np mate Last week we got like 3-4 ppl with same problem and same solution . I am quite convinced BuddyWizard should be added to each BuddyBots package with name RUN THIS IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS. As it solves 90 % of run errors.
