I can't open up "Settings and tools" in HB

Title says all. I click on settings and tools, but it won't open up at all. Anyone having this issue? I've reinstalled the new update as well.

click it once and then go down to your taskbar and hover over the hb window and it should show the settings window; right click and maximize it, then click the bar and drag it a little and click save / close, then click settings again and it will show up where you left it

I think it might of been the fpsware paladin i installed. Cause it was working fine before i did that. Just reinstalled again.. it opens now.
