bot is not working. will be down at least a day more, maybe longer.

Damn, you clowns are toxic and rude. Somebody that doesn't know English well asks a simple question, and your first reactions are to tease/mock him. He can't navigate well around here for the reason mentioned, obviously. Bloody idiots.

That is not the point. My English isn't that good either, but with any basic auto correct tool that is mostly integrated in any common browser you can easily spot your heavy writing mistakes. Also you can use google translator to get some idea about a sentence.
But words like lagandry , HONNORY, i cant download the new bot and explane show us how less effort he put into his post. Basically he is just saying "I started the bot, it is not working and without further looking into the problem I just puke a question in here, without proof reading any words. screw you guys." He does not even correct the real name of the product which he was buying. C'mon.
And yes, we are teasing him a little bit, but it is not "evil mocking". We want just to open his eyes to make better posts.

I don't think it's healthy to just pounce on folks like this. Imho, the information in question is buried inside Forum Threads for starters and the bot does, in fact, say "see http://updates.buddyauth.com/". If you then go there you get the same download page etc.
Point is, it's not exactly above the HB folks skillset to scrap together a static link to FAQ "Why is my bot not working?" page (which to be fair they do have a forum thread). Having to hunt for this information isn't exactly a win for both parties, and it's really about ensuring you have a positive feedback loop with both your consumers and providers in one.
Lastly, an intrinsic cognitive load is an issue with folks who marry their native dialect over to English, not to mention let's say the person was having issues with "dyslexia" then well you're also not helping that person at all? People who do suffer from this aren't exactly excited by the idea that they can't see the scrambled wording only to find others attack them for it should they fail?
As to what do you gain from it? feeling positive that you were right? enjoyment at the humiliation of another person? how does this at all transfer into your ledger's "win column?"

Irony was your reply was filled with gramatically incorrect errors. For instance "..is mostly integrated in any.." should read "..is mostly integrated into any.." again, i take no enjoyment from reflecting this behaviour back at you but cite this example to hopefully illustrate that we are all prone to mistakes, sometimes embarassing but its those who can look past them are the better person for it.

I would not help a guy who is making threads like the OP, but if he would inform us that he has a condition like a reading (and writing) disorder, it would be no problem for me at all.

Note: i stated "lets say" as in lets assume the other end of the spectrum, still not cool to act rudely? And its clear the person in question wasn't seeing it the way it may have been projected. Had you or others injected memes to offset the neutral tone of the responses it could have mitigated the "is it toxic?" debate.
