I can't log into it anymore

So i try to log in but it keeps saying it fails.

Go to this page: Log On - Buddy Auth Portal

Tick the box next to the available session and click 'kill'

their are no sessions, w/e its fine

probably your firewall or your antivirus
add exceptions

what does this mean? and how do i fix this? and i turned off firewalls and it still doesn't work.

UPDATE: What is Honorbuddy called on the list?

UPDATE 2: I added it to the list and it still doesn't work.
