I can't log in :(

Hi guys Im having a problem with log into my HB. I just bought in a few hours ago, I started to use Gatherbuddy 2 in couple of hours then I started to level my rogue which was lvl 28. My rogue started doing quests in Westfall then I noticed that my rogue was just kinda "Patrolling around" and not killing any mobs to complete quests. it mounts up and just patrols around for hours until I dismount it then he starts killing mobs. The BIG problem right now I have is, after I killed HB to start running it again, HB said "Invalid product key! Authentication failed. Please help!! I'm confused!!

Yuk! I kinda rushed myself into creating a thread here. Its working fine now as far as Im putting my username and password there. Idk why, but before this, I was just typing my product key w/o password and it was working till now. HEHE weird! Thanks anyways Tony! But I will still catch you up if I needed any help. Cuz Im still not pretty sure if I'll be having the "Patrolling around" problem or not! tnx again
