Hello. I can log in on forum with my current username, but when I try to log on honorbuddy, i get Authentification failed.

I cannot reset my password here: Bossland GmbH
It tells me that "Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again" and it's false.
Could you change my password from hb client to be the same like the one on the forum please? It's annoying because two days ago it worked like a charm...

you have to use the payment email on the pass reset function and the shop username
check you email for the purchase email

if you still cant find anything only Bossland can help you
open a new thread on payments section and he will check it

but Bossland will need more info(invoice id etc)
