I cant link my key to my account buddyauth

Hi,

I bough a key like a few days ago, but when i try to link to my buddyauth an error message "Key already claimed" and my key doesnt appear to my buddy key.
The problem is i cant restore all my purchases from the Buddy Store in the Honorbuddy software...
I bough this key with the same account, the same email than my first...

EDIT : I saw that my paypal email was used... But my paypal mail doesnt have any account on this forum...
