i cant get any Plugins to work i reinstall hb still dont work pls help

what do i need to do to get it to work and i get this every time

this profile douse not contain any profiles fitting character!

The first thing you need to do is post a log.

this error has nothing to do with plugins
just edit the char max lvl range on the profile
change it from 81 to 86

you can edit the profile with notepad
