i cant even log in help

i just bought the 1 day thing and i downloaded the updated hb but when i put my key in somthing pops up saying honorbuddy has encountered a problem we are sorry for the inconvenience, could not load file or assembly fasmdl_managed.dl or one of it dependencies the specified module could not be found. I ONLY HAVE A DAY -_- then when i try to report it liek the things ask me to it says transferring report. (ERR this application has submitted to many reports.)

i got it on but i have no profiles

like the title say i have no profiles so i cant quest im a lvl 86 trying to get 85-90 profile

or
C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) if your using 64 bit version of windows, although its recommended to have them both if you have x64.

Dunno if this breaks any rule about posting links, if it does soz, i just wanted to be helpful.

EDIT: Im also new, but as i figured out, i think that you have to download profiles for 85-90 leveling, im not sure my self, but you might want to check that out a bit more.
