the cc folder must be named Fpsware Mage

I've made same error.

I put the space at wrong place.

named it FpswareDeath knight instead of fpsWare deathknight.

cheers and lol@me

i was 100% sure i had it rite but at a 2nd check the truth was revealed ;)

I had this problem too.

The settings technically "open" but can't be viewed. You can see on your toolbar the additional HB window on your tooolbar but it is eternally minimized. You can't pop it open. I'm curious if it's a setting in Windows 7 that causes it. Maybe I can toss some screenshots and work it out with you sometime Tony. It has just started happening to me lately.

Here is a quick fix:

Mouseover your HB in the toolbar in Windows 7. You should see a tiny popup of the regular HB and the Settings window you can't see. Put your mose over the setting window without actually clicking on it. Left-click on the little preview window instead of right-clicking. Then click on "Maximize". It will be full-screen, but at least you can see it now.

We can have this trouble when you use HB on multiple computers with the same settings (with Dropbox for example).
If you have a bigger resolution on the first computer and you open the settings outside the resolution of the second screen, you won't see the window.

To solve the problem and as BobbyNewhart said, maximise the settings. Then press the top of the full-sized window and drop it anywhere on your screen. Normally, the settings window will take its normal size.
