I cannot login to Bot software, also i cannot use chat room!

Hey guyz.

I need some help. I live in dormitory and in here,most of the ports are closed.

I think the problem is the ports. What ports i need to open to use HB ? I asked to Tony and he said '5031' then i forced to open it and it is open now but i still cannot login


Help me guyz!

thats a known issue
a Hb restart should fix it

Still sounds like your university might be blocking it.
