I can tell see my ban account

using my other account to see(gears view profile in-game) if its still there. and it is. my ban type is temporary and ends on monday. is this the reason why i can still see my ban account from legit one?

Do any of you perma ban type can still see your ban account using other account? is it different than temp ban?
