I can not start the bot

I think i am very noob bicouse reed all about how to start the bot but I do not understand, I tried to put the load logs from my PC but I see nothing ,after I attempted grab from web resurce but continue to do nothing, anyone know where I can see a Manuals how to make it work the but? or any video that explain step by step.
