I can not see my pokemons and eggs that I have. Black screen

I can not see my pokemons and eggs that I have. Screen turns black and I only see the pokemon that the mouse arrow is on top.

your firewall is blocking it.

I even deactivated the firewall and continue the same way. This happened suddenly. It was working normal. I've had Pokefarm for quite some time. And that had never happened.
