I can not get Profiles for honorbuddy.

I do not remember my username for buddyauth, so therefore i can not access the buddyshop and receive my profile packs for leveling. I know my honorbuddy key and email that was used to register as well as the gate2shop email confirming my order from when i first purchases the bot. Any ideas on how i can get my username? and my profile packs?! thanks

The log in info is exactly the same as your forum username and password.
