i can´t login.

i can´t login with my PTC-Account:
[08:06:49] Connecting to login servers...
[08:06:49] Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)

i have a "+" in my username. is this the problem?

Username and password are correct and working fine with other bots.
