Are you using PTC? as I see there site is down quite often, which would fail your login/authentication as of this moment using google I am doing fine.

Honestly, I would just make a scrap gmail and even start fresh. PTC is junk at times. You can EASILY get to 25 in a decent area and can catch up to where you were before. I have been playing since release and In the past day I have surpassed my other account.. Just food for thought.
