i bought this bot but i want a refund

Hello, I bought this bot yesterday but I couldn't help myself noticing that its a piece of crap.

I would like a refund. I know there's a 7 day policy. Could you please help me?
 
Whys so? Vs Ai it wins 100% , with stimpack i get 700-800 daily gold for free
 
I'd also like one. ORC version is buggy as f***, won't start matches on its own, and outright fails if Battlefield of Eternity is the battleground, and I've been called out on being a bot multiple times in Vs AI. The Alpha version doesn't even make it into any of the battlegrounds, you just get booted back to the character select during the load screen and have to wait for the game to let you queue again (and repeat the problem)

EDIT: Tried starting Alpha after the match loads. Loads, "works" but game turns into a slideshow, teleports back to base after a couple minutes, and then stops doing anything even when I stop and start Stormbuddy.

EDIT2: F*** this. If it doesn't suddenly get better when I wake up tomorrow I'm opening a dispute.

We have a no-questions asked 7-day refund policy. Just send an email to our support staff and they'll take care of you. There's no need for opening disputes. (You will lose them anyway)
 
I figured afterwords you could probably wriggle, I mean get, out of it by using the fact you sell keys not programs (which is probably half the reason you do that).

Gotta love them technicalities amirite?


EDIT: Uh, my Stormbuddy key is no longer there on buddyauth but there has been no movement on my paypal or bank account. That is... ...odd.
EDIT 1 day later: Yep, got a reply requesting the key. It was still in the logon field of the bot so I was able to provide it despite its disappearance. Let's see what happens shall we? :rolleyes:

Please do not keep a "running update" of your dealings with your refund. That is best left to you, and our support staff, not the general public. If you have any issues, just shoot them another email. I'll be closing this thread in the meantime, as it serves no real purpose.
