I bought the wrong one, and CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS??!?

So I messed up and purchased the single user license, when i really needed the multi user license, and I have sent at least 7 email sand help requests to upgrade or find out how I can go about paying the difference and upgrading

I have not been responded to once in the last 11 days ive wrote 7 times
What do I do at this point? Do I dispute the paypal charge? or is there a way to get help?
