I bought the key yesterday, 1 month, already expired today?

So I bought the key yesterday, I got an email with the key and so on..
All worked flawless last night, untill I patched it today, it went to total ****.
This is what I keep getting for error message:
Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key?

Anything to solve it? or to obtain a new key which I paid for?

I had an issue when the Key field was empty sunddenly.
try to write the key again in the box.
