i bought a new cr from buddy store

I bought a new cr from buddystore and it wont show. any idea on what I should do
I bought from the honor buddystore before and it works for other classes but this one just defaults the singular routine without a option the choose

I don't think its a log issue it just wont show the class routine when I log on
 
thanks dude u are so helpful what do u want me to post??? me in game with the profle not loaded
 
all I am saying is I bought a cr from the buddystore and it didn't auto download into my honorbuddy folder. this robot is just linking stuff that has nothing to do with it
 
I think I know what you mean when you start the bot up you get a window pop up which has your list of combat routines on it ie:singular,tuans etc? and the combat routine you have bought is not showing up on that list at all?

I deleted all of them and launched honorbuddy. the cr I bought off the buddystore was "Portal Premium - An Advanced Mage Routine [PvE & PvP]" and streaming is on and still doesn't load on my mage

might need to enable it in the store
