They credit time back on when patches occur and there is down time. There is a post somewhere stating as such.

When I bought my week session, it took about 5 to 15 minutes for the key to arrive in the email I provided.

This is my 3rd time buying a week session (because i dont NEED HB that much) and they have always been good about getting the key to me.
