Hey,
First of all, keep up the good work HB team, your product is awesome..but things can get better
.....
So one thing I've been talking about in HB forums for a long time is a devlog a.k.a release notes for HB. (I don't mean the one that comes with each release..which seems to not be updated anymore since 5.x release?)
I remember when raphus had one thread with upcoming fixes and priorities but that didn't work very well, got outdated and forgotten.
I really think you need some kind of "news page" instead of a forum thread that people can visit. A simple page with latest fixes, maybe some upcoming changes. Atm there is no good place to visit if you want to know what's totally broken or working perfectly (Where can I see what's been fixed in the recent 2-3 HB updates since MoP?). Forum is flooded with bugreports and whining and it's almost impossible to follow the dev respones if you are away from the forums a couple of hours and people asks the same questions over and over..
Ex. I was away from botting a couple of months. When I got back, all I saw was QQ from new botters and lots of bug reports from people, I had no idea what was working and not..there was no place to go if you wanted to be updated except the Downloads section and maybe sort out 1/100 threads that had some useful information.
Maybe implement a "release note" page in the wiki or create a new site where devs can report stuff, I don't know which one works best for you... but please, I really think this could decrease the amount of useless threads been reported if people can go to a place with "hot" information about HBs status.
