I am confused on that ban!

I want just to ask a question

I am getting every 3 months a perm ban And i am just using gladiator suite and envyo just loging every day 2 hours to play bg and log out.

The question is

i use 1 account for bg and fun and the other account olso get aban while i never been botting there at all i was prepair that account to leveling anew char to make a backup if frist account got a ban

that make me pretty sure!! they ban IP and HB are 100% detected and pretty sure everyn one will get aban

anyone says blizzard didnt ban IP accounts is wrong
anyone think that he is save from a ban iis wrong becouse i already got a ban in account i not even use it
