I am after a fishing profile for stormwind city at the fishing trainer

If you just want to stand there, can't you just use the fishing plugin and not select pool fishing? (haven't used it but as I understand it, it works for both). It would do the casting and catching for you, no profile needed, or am I off-base on that?
