Hunters Camouflage for rare camping

Can someone help me and make a quick plugin that will use Hunter's camouflage when out of combat and off of cooldown, I am camping rares and this will be helpful since in on a pvp server and most likely will get ganked while afk.

you want it to just sit afk in one spot with camouflage??

that's right, afk in camouflage, the rest my routine will take care of once the rare mob spawns.

Couldn't you just put it in the profile instead of making an entire plugin for it?
