Hunter Ranger ghetto support

I've modified the default Anemoi combat routines to support Hunter Ranger. This tries to bypass the lack of support for the Hunter Ranger class on the Winterbuddy executable.

To use it just move your current Routines\Anemoi folder out of the way and extract the one provided in the zip file.



To the buddy team:

Could you please add to the Nyx.Game.Internals.ClassCategory enum the value 8 for the HunterRanger class?

When I upload the file gets corrupted (I tried with Firefox and Chrome). I uploaded it to my mega account, here's the link:
