(Hunter) Not facing Target

Ok so im a lvl 78 BM Hunter, im using fpsware hunter as my cc and using kicks questing profiles, my toon seems to stand there either looking away and letting my pet kill the target or hitting it at close range, when the bot aproachs a mob the cc works fine but when i get attacked from behind it wont attempt to move it will just stand there? There is prob a easy fix as im new to all this but any help will be greatly appreciated,

FPS Hunter is not being updated, I would try Singular for BM it works pretty well.

i am using Fpsware Hunter CC as we talking,so it works (Beastmaster)

It also does it with other accounts, for example my mage, it wont face them, i was wondering if i have pull distancs set correctly ? as i said, im new to this.
