Hunter/Kick question

I'm using Kick's profiles to level up a Hunter. One thing I've noticed is the hunter isn't using Chimera Shot, he keeps using Steady Shot. Where would I make a change so he uses the more effective shot?

He meant to use a different combat routine other then the one that comes by default with HB, which would give you more options to configure your rotation.
