Hunter CC moving out of range of quest item use

For Quest 26720, you need to use an item on a npc at <25% health while in combat while in range. The hunter CC keeps moving hunters out of use range. Is there anyway to stop the hunter cc and move him into range to use object? I know that I could just edit the CC, but I like Moveback function.
