Huge lag with DB,please help!

problem started from last night and continue and today everytime i start DB but when
running my own is ok.with DB latency raise over 2000 freeze and i must close everything.
i can upload many attach files if needed.
help me please!!!

ah ok..was totally my mistake.i install beta drivers and things went bad..
