HUGE fps drop (4fps)

I entered Utgarde Pinnacle and instant my fps goes to 4..
If i stop honorbuddy it instantly returns to normal, the sec i press start I'm back at 4fps

I tried doing a clean HB install, didn't work..
FYI my AV is disabled.

Hi, Windahl1337, and thanks for the log.

The causes of low FPS are many. By far, the #1 cause of FPS drops is the Antivirus. The bulk of the rest is an interfering program.

If you have not installed a third-party Antivirus, then you are running Windows Defender by default. In any case, the Honorbuddy folder should be an exception for it.
