Huge delay after casting a heal = healing/standing around til death.

I am running an 85-87 mine/herb/grind profile currently and am running into the issue where that if the mob takes me to the point which I need to heal, (which is every second fight or so due to mobs hitting quite hard now) my Druid will cast a heal (be it rejuv or healing touch) but will have dropped below the trigger % and so it will either recast, or it will pause for 2-3 seconds, which drops it even lower, before returning to combat which leaves me just idling until I die to the mob.

I'm using an 87 balance druid.

Should there be such a huge delay between casting a heal and returning to moonkin form/dealing damage so that the mob will die?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, there should not be a delay, but unfortunately there is. It's an HB issue and has been recognized by some of the lealding CC developers on the forums. The guys over at CLU are having a really hard time with the healing portion of their CC because of the delay with healing. At one point in time there was a 10 second delay before even beginning to heal. It's something that Apoc, and the rest of the HB developers, are going to need to look into since it's an HB issue and nothing relating to the CCs.
