howto loot only if no mobs in 10yards range?

I want my bot only to loot mobs if there are no other alive and atackable mobs in a 10 yardsrange of myself (or the first dead mob, if possible). This would takedvantage of aoe loot, when attacking low lvl mobs the bot wil kill one and instantly go to loot even if there are mobs nearby that are comming to atack you. anyone knows how to make this possible?
