[HOWTO] Botting your Botting account, while safely playing your mainchar

Hi guys,

I wanna share something with you, called VMWare, it's not only nice for botting, it's nice for testing suspicious files and testing around. Also nice to have a Linux box running while on Windows :)

You need: You need VMWare Workstation, 6.5.2 build-156735, everything above didn't work for WoW, atleast for me. This VMWare version, also runs on Vista/Win7.

I won't tell you have to set it up, it's pretty self explaining, and there are some great tutorials out there.

One thing is that you enable: "Accelerate 3D graphic (DirectX 9.0c)" screenshoot attached.

//EDIT: you will also need more diskspace as i have given to my vmwares.

It seperates your Main Account which you play on your normal PC from the Botting Account, and so the Wardens are seperated too.

On the buddywave only my botting account got banned, while i was playing my Mage in pvp!

iv'e been having no luck with any other VM and i gave up on finding one that would work with wow, finally one that will work with it! i just "bought" it, and ill be testing it out now!

Hi,

have you tried World of Warcraft in virtualbox?

Last time i tried it didn't work, and i'm also a big VMWare fanboi, i was even before playing World of Warcraft.

VMWare has the only 3D Emulation AFAIK!

I am pretty sure, that you could make it work, as i have seen a number of posts on their forum about it. Although i am not sure what you actually have to do to make it work...

It?s like running Windows in a Window. You can do what you want, just install WoW, and there you go.
 
I just want to point out this might be pointless and a waste of resources.

AFAIK Vmware and other virtual boxes are resources hogs A. Ontop of the fact that you will be loading WoW in it B which will waste even more resources.

Ontop of the fact that warden doesn't scan outside wow.

So if GB/HB is injected to your botting account it that instance of Warden will never scan the other instance of WoW (Main Account) this applies both ways. From what i understand Warden only scans the instances of WoW it was created in thus why people used to believe in running WoW as a guset would only give it privileges enough to only scan itself.

The fact that your main account wasn't banned it well probably do to the fact that it wasn't botting and doesn't have any link to your main except for a IP address which isn't enough to ban you with.

if u read my above post i explain clear as day why this is pointless and you don't need vmware. Pro tip projectw.org if you really want to use this program.

I dont see how this is pointless if it allows you to bot and play your main at the same time with only the bot account in risk. As people used to bot and play before the banwave and got both accounts banned.
 
When running WOW on the VM I get lots of black parts on the ground and its not very responsive. Is this normal?

I do have the 3D checked.
 
VMware player is free, and with newet version you can make, open, modify your virtual machines.


Iwe done this in my past but tbh i think this is pointless. Its kinda known that blizzard only ban accused accounts or accounts that are connected to gold to cash trades. Also iwe botted during many ban waves where i have both botted and played on main account and never been hitted, maybe luck or maybe not.

Hi, the two accounts had exactly the same name, address and so on...

And yes it uses a little Memory which every normal pc should handle by now. If not well i can't help you.

And im paranoid even if it would be the way you just said, i don't trust it.

//EDIT: oh and this same name / CC number and IP thing is a big myth, ppl learn 2 get it FFS, whoever told you that, give him a slap

Guildbank and a Vanilla account helps in this. If you send it directly by mail / botting account it's not good.

It won't go better, and the "bad" fact is you have to make the profiles locally first, because you can't make profiles/play wow on the vmware it's a laghole.
