How's every one's botting

Yeah, just can't seem to get this bot running smoothly.

the old Exilebuddy was great, back in the day before this whole change of new API.

Just clunky etc, any 1 running custom routines etc, willing to share?

Sorry to hear of your issues, but the changes weren't simply done because I'm rewrite happy (not saying I'm not), but the Path of Exile client of "today" is a lot different than the Path of Exile client of "yesterday".

With a game that changes so much, and even the constant patches, GGG has one of the better strategies to hinder bot development, unless you're willing to throw an insane amount of time and effort into keeping up (which is possible, but expensive, since it requires a lot of man power).

For now, what we have, is what we have, and EB is still in maintenance mode, so it's just good enough to stand on its own for now and try to reach some stability. There's a lot of things I'd love to improve and do better, but unfortunately, we're bound by the client and a very specific limited way of having to do things to have a working bot in this game.

Works perfectly fine on my end... one of the reasons it did not run smoothly in the past were shitty builds or lets just say builds that are simply not made for botting... xD

Hahaha, I could take up coding. , just no idea how to start for things such as "exiledbuddy". Yeah, Just think it needs some good routines etc to get underway.

And what are you doing Alter5?. My guy would just walk up to a mob, cast spectral throw slowly.

I have alot of success with tornado shot actually Chin Sol is great and cheap when monsters get close.
Don't bother with singletarget tho, AOE everything

well im playing a RF maradeur with decent survivability just spam botting docks and it works flawlessly

What issues are you having Crumpet_? I'm sure the developers and other members of the community would be more then willing to help you resolve your issues.
If it's a bug, uploading your log file with a detailed description and possibly a video showing the bug would be a huge help to the developers and further increase the speed at which it gets resolved.

It's all good bro. I took the time to figure out and work down the list of errors within the bot, so it's running ALOT better, now of just the fact of getting it set up to run dual totem.

It was basically as pushedx labelled. To not use left mouse click and to rebind middle and right button, that actually stopped ALOT of errors.

Good, I'm glad you were able to resolve most issues. I haven't been too much in the scene for about half a year or more so I'm afraid I can't help with the dual totem at the moment =/
