how well does db handle heal monk?

just as the title says, I'm thinking about running heal monk + hota or maybe WD but before i get too invested, does db/trinity handle heal monk ok?

Rarely pulls and currently doesn't use Mantras at all. Mantras should work with the next Trinity update though.

Followers somewhat often get separated from the leader so you wont be able to run anything super high but you should get an xp increase.
