How to use XML file

Hello, I am quite confused on how to use XML files. Every time I click save and drag it into the honor buddy - bots - profession buddy - profiles, it says it's not working. Can somebody please explain how to use this type of file so I can continue my work through Honor Buddy ?

Choose the right Botbase as example Questing, click on Load Profil, then Browse your xml file and choose it. Now it should work.
