You can install them in the Plugins directory in the TankLeader folder, and enable them through the plugins tab in the TankLeader window.

how? when in click in Tankleader folder > Plugins i just see Hotspot Logger & Pause Key only not see anything can install file??

You have to install it into the plugin folders in Windows itself.

There aren't that many other than the ones I wrote and are shipped by default. They're usually in the plugins sub-forum though. (We don't have a very active developer community for TL apparently)
