How to use Custom PVP profiles

Sorry - I cant seem to find out how to switch the PVP profiles. I downloaded some different PVP profiles, but it seems as though HB automatically picks the profile that came with the bot (unlike grinding profiles where I can pick manually). Where is the option to change this?

just replace the default one with the one you want to use.
