How to use 11th Anniversary token ?

Hello guys actually i have 2 questions

1- How to use (cast) anniversary token after its finished time ? because charecter couldnt do it.

2-right now my charecter at level 27 but she is killing everything in map, so passing too much time and she is not doing quests i want to do first quests how can i setup it from where i couldnt find it also

yepp i am trying to use kick but i beleive that HB is not working well atm especially question bot, when i start it always ezit wow
