How to stop casting fear

ok, i looked under class config, then class specific for singular and it is completely blank. I have no idea how to turn off fear. everytime it casts fear I get a pack of mobs and die lol. I run 2 instances of honorbuddy and one is a warrior. Under the class specific tab for the warrior it shows a list of spells. that why i thought it was odd.
