How to start :)

Hello, I have never played Diablo 3 before, so i wanted to try it. I played a little bit on trial account and today I bought Demonbuddy (I like botting, i like watching bot play) and Diablo 3 (without RoS), I created Demon Hunter and I try to level it up with Leveling profiles (acts, they are little broken), my hero is already lvl 20 and I own one legendary piece of armor (chest), here are my questions:
1. Can I make money with it?
2. Do I need Reaper of Souls?
3. How to get max lvl fast?
