How to set up a Furious Charge Barb

Hi guys i am trying to use the furious charge build but he keep atacking with frenesi single monsters instead of move arround and use furious charge, i searched in the fórum how to fix it but have only old builds... how i can do now in this update.

default is 3, maybe try sth higher
