How to set looting priority?

Not sure if it's just me, but I'm kind of paranoid that DB might miss some loot. So far it seems to be good, but when an elite drops loot it will continue down the path, kill some more monsters, and then come back for the loot.

So what option's are there to force it to collect loot as it drops?
