How to sell your gold properly

So I just got one of my account banned for Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy.
I sold the gold via a guild bank but obviously its not safe enough so I did some reading and it looks like the best option is to sell from a vanilla account. But no another problem occurs; wont blizzard follow the gold to the "original" owner? The fact that someone would trade maybe as much as hundreds of thousands of gold to a vanilla account, just to trade it again to another vanilla account. Don't you think Blizzard will find that suspicious? Or maybe I'm wrong?

I know there are threads like this out here, but I weren't able to find anything about this particular subject. But please redirect me to the similar site (if one exists) and close this thread
