How to run many sessions at once?

Sup guys, I was wondering how some people manage to run so many sessions at once, like 5-10 or even more. Atm I can handle 3 sessions, but thats it.
Is there anything I can do to maximize my sessions? Lowest graphics ofc, but anything else?

My machine runs with:
-Windows 7 (64)
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 ("superclocked")
-Intel Core i5 750 2.67GHz
-4GB RAM

Couldn't find any thread like this but if there is ... sorry.
Thanks in advance!

What you're getting is appropriate for your machine's specs.

Each WoWclient consumes about 600-700MB, and Honorbuddy slightly less than that. If you launch a fourth copy of each, and your machine starts using the 'paging file', then it will technically run, but be very very painful to watch (1-2 fps).

If you'd like to run more copies of WoWclient + Honorbuddy, the first thing to do is upgrade your RWM. You might could push 5 copies of each just by upgrading to 6-8GB. To get above 5 copies, your CPU becomes a limiting factor, also. The i5 is merely a dual-core. You'll most likely need a quad-core i7 to go 5 and above. People running 10 copies of each have 16gb of memory, and an quad-core, most definitely.

You can turn down your WoWclient graphics--just select 'performance' or 'minimum resource use' as your option. One of the biggest factors is pulling your 'distance' (or clipping plane) in very very close. It makes it difficult to play by hand, because you can't see things past 50 yards or so, but its perfect for botting.

Honorbuddy requires 20fps to function, and 30fps or more is recommended if you want 'smooth'. Below 20fps, Honorbuddy starts acting like a drunken sailor, and makes bad decisions in battle because the information it is acting on is 'too stale' at the time it is executed.

cheers & good luck with it,

i use this in a macro in wow to reduce my settings to the plain after reducing them manually under the video options.

Code:
/console groundEffectDensity 16
/console groundEffectDist 1
/console horizonfarclip 1305
/console farclip 177
/console characterAmbient 1
/console smallcull 1
/console skycloudlod 1
/console detailDoodadAlpha 1

also i limit the fps of the wow client to 25 for each toon with this:

/console maxfps 25

i have the same graphics card than you and the same amount of RAM but an older cpu (intel E8400 dualcore @ 3 GHz) and can run up to 4 copys with this setup.
with 3 copys and some other programs running i'm between 40 to 60 percent cpu usage and 2.7 gig ram usage. (2 times GB 1 times HB) remember that HB generally uses more cpu and ram than GB!

if you want to reduce your memory usage by windows, disable windows aero and all this new bling bling clicky clicky things. An windows old skin that looks like win 98 will also do it for your bots and doesn't use so much ram :) Also shutdown every program that you don't need while botting e.g. ICQ, Skype, Browsers, Curse Client.......

Thanks alot both of you! I?ll upgrade my RWM and see what happens.
Btw, my i5 is a quad core(forgot to note that before...) and I should be able to overclock it to 3.2GHz or something. Hopefully I?ll be able to use 5 sessions with nice flow after these upgrades. Provided that my motherboard can take it ofc ^^

I hardly believe that you are able to run only 5 wows with your CPU and RAM. I have i5-480m (weakest i5 cpu) and 4 GB RAM and I am able to run 4 wows+hb and that's a laptop! I have a friend who can run 6-7 wows+hbs with 4gb ram... but it's 100 % full with so much wows and they work perfectly (well yea he has 6 core athlon but still 4 gb ram) you should be able to run more than that...

CPU: AMD FX-8210 (8 x 3.1 GHz) (not overclocked)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB CL 9
GPU: Nvidia GTX550-Ti 2 GB GDDR5 (superclocked)

Running up to 32 WoW clients with minimum graphics, all smoothly.

Since when is the i5 750 a dual core? Please don't give rubbish advice. I have 2 computers setup with i5 750 (quad cores...) they can run 15 bots each(15 fps/wow and no issues in combat as you state). One thing you got right though is RAM, you need as much of it as possible, and it's really cheap. You don't even need high performance RAM you can use value series.
