How to run dungeon buddy?

Hey, I've tried to run dungeon buddy several times, but it keeps telling me "You have not selected any valid roles."
It doesn't matter if I have them all roles chosen either, I play a druid for the record 60+.

Do I need some sort of script or what do I do
